Beuchat Prima mask wanted

I've happily used a Beuchat Prima dive mask for some years - until a mate put a cylinder on it. Because I liked it I thought I'd buy a new one. I've tried to contact the Frenchies direct - they don't reply. (And they wonder why they have difficulty establishing a brand in the UK!) I ordered one via Cochrane - no luck. SWAP twin set for single rig

I will swap my DIR twin set for a decent singles rig. I have a pair of 232 Bar Faber steel 10L cylinders (white) manufactured in 2000, and that have just been recently hydroed. They are in great condition but have the usual scrapes on the bottom from the boat etc. They are fitted with a DIN isolating manifold with upgraded soft rubber knobs. The twin set is banded with custom divers SS bands to a basic SS back plate and harness. The wing is a OMS wing with the bungees, in faded but great working order, no leaks or problems of any sort. I am swapping as I am more of an occasional diver now and want a rig more suited to pottering round. I am looking to swap for a 12L in good condition and a buddy profile or commando TD BCD in good condition in a size medium. If you are thinking of moving up this would be a great 30 – 45 m rig with lots of built in redundancy. I can send photos if you require, the gear is in Plymouth.

twinset parts required

I have a pair of twinsets both "DIVATOR MK11" by INTERSPIRO.

Unfortunately i only have enough components to have one pair of bottles assembled.

To assemble the other pair i require the straps and the plastic handle that fit around the necks of the bottles and also protects the balancer pipe that connects the 2 bottles.

I think the bottles are of 4 L size, and i can supply pictures of the set that is currently assembled if it will make identification easier.

Are these parts available? i've just had the bottles serviced,atabout 70 quid for each pair, so i'm quite keen to make them useable again.

Almost All Diving Gear

Hi Folks,

New diver (PADI AOW) looking to get hold of just about everything i'm going to need in the UK (having tried the cold water out yesterday, i reckon i can hack it!).

I need:

Drysuit & Undersuit (I'm sized 5'8" tall, 34" waist (variable), 39" chest, size 7 or 8 boots). Needs to be dry ;).

Hood

Gloves

Weightbelt

BCD - Something simple, solid and cheap. No leaks please.

Regs - Similarly, simple, solid, won't go nuts in the chilly waters round here, and again cheap. Contents guage a must, will have computer so depth less vital.

Tank(s) - Guess i'll need a couple, 12s would be best. In test, and, at this juncture, convertible between DIN and A-Clamp would be preferable.

As I said for all of this, decent solid kit, but doesn't matter if it's particularly basic at this stage, I just want to get into the water and get practicing.

Drop me a line and let me know what you have, what you want for it, and where you are (im near Cambridge).
